Senior Software Engineer

Required Skills:BS or foreign equivalent (3 years of education towards BS and 1 year experience will be accepted in lieu of BS) in CS / Engineering and 5 years of relevant progressive experience
Responsibilities:
Lead teams to design and develop applications using various tools and technologies including VB, SQL, ASP, Oracle, Mainframe technologies, Windows, OS/400 etc; interact with clients to gather business requirements; translate business needs to system requirement specifications; perform project planning, scheduling, resource planning, etc; monitor and review project quality; initiate and attend project meetings; mentor and guide team.
